TechZone is here for departments that need to pick up orders from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday while the Bone Student Center remains closed. Upon notification that your order is ready, please call 309-438-8334, and a member of our staff will meet you at the west entrance of the Bone Student Center adjacent to the circle drive.
For software issues (Reggienet, Password/Account Issues, VPN, viruses, etc) please contact the Technology Support Center.
For hardware issues (Physical damage, liquid spills, etc) please use the following form to e-mail us. Or, call 309-438-8334 to leave a voicemail and arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis. Note: If you purchased a warranty through TechZone such as Safeware, please contact us so we can advise you on the best route to service.
