TechZone Service Center- Status

If you have already brought your computer to the TechZone Service Center and would like to check the status, please use one of the following options.

  • E-mail us at TechZone@IllinoisState.edu. Be sure to include your ULID, your preferred contact information, and any specific questions that you might have.
  • Call us at (309) 438-8334. You will be directed to a TechZone Service Center associate for assistance. If no one is available, please leave a voicemail. It will be returned as soon as an associate is available.
  • Stop by the TechZone Service Center walk-up counter, located on the 2nd floor of the Bone Student Center (across from the ISU Bookstore) during business hours.
