When is the TechZone Service Center open?


The TechZone Service Center is open on Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm and Friday 10am-4pm. Hours are subject to change.

What brands of computer will the TechZone Service Center fix?


The TechZone Service Center will evaluate your computer, no matter what the brand. If it is a Dell, Lenovo, HP, or Apple, we will be able to take care of almost any issue. If it is another brand, we will do our best to resolve your issue, but cannot replace warranty parts.

Besides my computer, what other devices can I bring to the TechZone Service Center?


The TechZone Service Center will evaluate your Classroom Clicker, configure wireless and/or e-mail on phone devices, and repair your in-warranty Dell printer. Please note that the TechZone Service Center cannot troubleshoot or repair any other type of printer.

What accessories should I bring with my computer?


If your computer is a laptop, please bring the power adapter. If it is a desktop, just bring the tower. If you are having problems with any other peripherals, bring those too.

Will the TechZone Service Center work on my computer if I did not purchase it at TechZone? 


Yes. No matter where the computer was purchased or what brand the computer is, we will be able to evaluate your computer.

How long will it take to fix my computer? 


This depends on a few things. Some issues simply take longer than others to resolve. Also, we work on a first-come first-served basis, so it depends on how many computers are awaiting evaluation. While we cannot give an expected completion date, you will be contacted with any updates during the repair or when the repair is completed.

What forms of payment does TechZone accept?


We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and redbird dollars. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or bill your student account.
