Service Center

The TechZone Service Center is the computer repair center for the Illinois State University community. We are located on the second floor of the Bone Student Center next to Barnes and Noble Bookstore. We offer a variety of services many that are free while others are provided for a fee.  The TechZone Service Center is authorized to repair Apple, Dell, HP and Lenovo computers covered under the manufacturer's warranty.  If a computer is no longer covered by a warranty the Service Center is able, for a fee, to perform repairs on any brand.

Our walk-up counter is not only staffed by TechZone employees but also employees from ResNet and the University Computer Help Desk that are ready to answer your technology questions. Many problems can be fixed right at the counter!
