Illinois State University provides several options for computer and technology support:

Service Center

The TechZone Service Center provides a walkup help desk environment for technology related questions and solving computer issues.  It is also an authorized repair center for Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and HP.

ResNet

ResNet is the internet service provider for the residence halls at Illinois State University.  It also employs student workers, many of which live in the residence halls, who are available by appointment for in-room technical support.

Help Desk

The University Computer Help Desk is the University tech support call center.  They are available for over-the-phone support on many technical issues.
