All returns must be in original unopened condition and packaging. It is highly recommended to bring your original receipt to expedite your return. TechZone reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
TechZone accepts returns up to seven days from the date of the original purchase. Please review the following exceptions.
Non-returnable items include labor, computers, tablets, iPods, opened items, gift cards, promotional items, close-out items, items that are damaged or abused, Adobe Creative Suite, and any item marked as such.
Items that have been customized and/or placed as a special order are non-returnable. A TechZone manager will make the decision on a case by case basis to approve or deny a custom/special order return.
Items that have been opened are not returnable for a refund. Open items that may be eligible for a return or exchange include but are not limited to items that are inoperable upon first use or otherwise defective within the first seven days of the original purchase date. TechZone may refer customers with defective products directly to the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-defective items will be charged a 10% restocking fee if returned as an open box return (with manager approval) or with damaged packaging.
Refunds are issued in the same form as original purchase (i.e. if you paid using a credit/debit card ending in 1234, a refund may not be issued to a credit/debit card ending in 4321). For credit/debit card payments, if you do not have the original card, refunds will be issued as a check usually processed within 14 days of the return.
Please remove all personal data from any product that has been approved for a return. TechZone is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product.
